Almost everyone begins therapy during hard times in life when the emotional stress of problems or a sense that something isn’t right in life causes the realization that we need help. I understand that this can be a very difficult decision to make and I admire your strength and courage in seeking help.

I provide services to all ages, including children, teenagers, adults and seniors. In addition to individuals, I offer couples and family counseling, school assistance, court ordered services and group therapies.

It is important to me that you know that I do NOT see you or your loved ones as issues, symptoms or as a list of presenting problems; to me, each person is a special and unique person trying to make it through tough situations and into a more peaceful existence.
